why does my throat hurt?

felt weird the whole day today..
on the verge of fallin sick..i hate that feelin..
now tryin all sorts of remedy,
sambucol, water, manuka honey, water, sleep........
well i hope i'll feel better tmr.....

speakin of tmr..
BAPTISM!!! ahhhh time flies.....and the day is here..!!
a bit jittery...but all's good.....coz the event is good:)
and i think daddy may come!!! coz he's gotta fetch mommy and sisters to church...haha
i think he'll go=)

may everything that happen, be it the sermon or testimonies given...i pray that they may stuck a chord with my family. lastly, i pray that they would feel at ease and at home in trinity! may there be more salvation within the family. amen

so took out my mom's EAT RIGHT FOR YOUR TYPE ....to take look
apparently this book recommends appropriate food for ya blood types.....
so yeah i'm B+ and lets take a look...

weight loss factor....- it says blood b type should stay away from wheat!!! oh man..........i love bread and all.....crap.. :(
others include : sweetcorn, lentils peanuts, sesame seeds, buckwheat, wheat
Food that encourages weightloss: green veg, meat, liver, eggs
