Yay.......it's finally over...
the string of surprises planned for sarah is done!...
such a blessing to be able to work with superb co- planners and teams.
everyone made a commendable effort.. from planning to helping with the details and to being sai kang warriors. =)
One main character within all this was no other than Jesus Christ..he made all things possible!
from providing the brain juices and man power from the blue print to finalization, and opening the many doors along the way, he made everything and everyone fall in to place with precision timing. All was in his loving hands! EVEN THE WEATHER!!!!

Dragon Boating was awwesome fun!!
ya know why? coz i sat at the back of the boat and my girls paddled..hahaha i literally felt like a tourist.....
we toured around bedok reservoir which i found to be not quite small as it seemed....

woke up today at 7am just to bring my doggie down... gonna walk him to that bougainvillea place and then walla! just when i was bout to cross the tunnel over to ecp, i notice my shorts fitted weird...checked around..for that "signature tick" still checkin..........alamak! it's at the back of my thigh.......i wore my shorts the other way around!!!! poor forrest .. he must be thinkin what i was doin when i suddenly made a 180 degree turn for home....haha oh well..so much for dressin up half asleep.....

Why oh why,,....

the highs and lows of my physical strength..
somehow i seem to be feelin letargic on and off..
only on the ball when i'm stressed..

on the return of exam papers.....
isnt it ironic to see students fret and get anxious and excited over their marks?
that given the case that they showed no interest during the term in their studies..
oh well.. inmaturity i guess.. kinda have to confess that i went through that phase too..
i've never been a big fan of studyin myself
seeing the students brings back memories of the kind of student i use to be.

i've come to realise the importance of an "awakening"
It's all about the realisation of the importance and significance of an education.
all it really takes is for one to set goals and take action.
Time is an important factor. the earlier realisation hits em, the greater chance of success.

How then, does one inject a sense of hunger/dertermination for success into those young minds?

In 2007, in an end-of-year message to the staff of the National Neuroscience Institute, I wrote: ‘Whilst boom time in the public sector is never as booming as in the private sector, let us not forget that boom time is eventually followed by slump time. Slump time in the public sector is always less painful compared to the private sector.’

Slump time has arrived with a bang.

While I worry about the poorer Singaporeans who will be hit hard, perhaps this recession has come at an opportune time for many of us. It will give us an incentive to reconsider our priorities in life.

Decades of the good life have made us soft. The wealthy especially, but also the middle class in Singapore, have had it so good for so long, what they once considered luxuries, they now think of as necessities.

A mobile phone, for instance, is now a statement about who you are, not just a piece of equipment for communication. Hence many people buy the latest model though their existing mobile phones are still in perfect working order.

A Mercedes-Benz is no longer adequate as a status symbol. For millionaires who wish to show the world they have taste, a Ferrari or a Porsche is deemed more appropriate.

The same attitude influences the choice of attire and accessories. I still find it hard to believe that there are people carrying handbags that cost more than thrice the monthly income of a bus driver, and many more times that of the foreign worker labouring in the hot sun, risking his life to construct luxury condominiums he will never have a chance to live in.

The media encourages and amplifies this ostentatious consumption. Perhaps it is good to encourage people to spend more because this will prevent the recession from getting worse. I am not an economist, but wasn’t that the root cause of the current crisis - Americans spending more than they could afford to?

I am not a particularly spiritual person. I don’t believe in the supernatural and I don’t think I have a soul that will survive my death. But as I view the crass materialism around me, I am reminded of what my mother once told me: ‘Suffering and deprivation is good for the soul.’

My family is not poor, but we have been brought up to be frugal. My parents and I live in the same house that my paternal grandparents and their children moved into after World War II in 1945. It is a big house by today’s standards, but it is simple - in fact, almost to the point of being shabby.

Those who see it for the first time are astonished that Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew’s home is so humble. But it is a comfortable house, a home we have got used to. Though it does look shabby compared to the new mansions on our street, we are not bothered by the comparison.

Most of the world and much of Singapore will lament the economic downturn. We have been told to tighten our belts. There will undoubtedly be suffering, which we must try our best to ameliorate.

But I personally think the hard times will hold a timely lesson for many Singaporeans, especially those born after 1970 who have never lived through difficult times.

No matter how poor you are in Singapore, the authorities and social groups do try to ensure you have shelter and food. Nobody starves in Singapore.

Many of those who are currently living in mansions and enjoying a luxurious lifestyle will probably still be able to do so, even if they might have to downgrade from wines costing $20,000 a bottle to $10,000 a bottle. They would hardly notice the difference.

Being wealthy is not a sin. It cannot be in a capitalist market economy. Enjoying the fruits of one’s own labour is one’s prerogative and I have no right to chastise those who choose to live luxuriously.

But if one is blinded by materialism, there would be no end to wanting and hankering. After the Ferrari, what next? An Aston Martin? After the Hermes Birkin handbag, what can one upgrade to?

Neither an Aston Martin nor an Hermes Birkin can make us truly happy or contented. They are like dust, a fog obscuring the true meaning of life, and can be blown away in the twinkling of an eye.

When the end approaches and we look back on our lives, will we regret the latest mobile phone or luxury car that we did not acquire? Or would we prefer to die at peace with ourselves, knowing that we have lived lives filled with love, friendship and goodwill, that we have helped some of our fellow voyagers along the way and that we have tried our best to leave this world a slightly better place than how we found it?

We know which is the correct choice - and it is within our power to make that choice.

In this new year, burdened as it is with the problems of the year that has just ended, let us again try to choose wisely.

To a considerable degree, our happiness is within our own control, and we should not follow the herd blindly.

Lessons from Dog walking.....

haha yeah i'm too free....so free i started thinkin of stuff i learn from dog walking.....just as i did whilst jogging.....

so dog walkin huh........what entails..
well for one.....
everytime before i set off, i'll have to check the weather......
sometimes it looks gloomy all, and i'd be apprehensive on setting out.
so i guess sometimes despite how bleak the future may seem, you'll never know until u try it out.
i've had that experience all week!!! me and forrest braved the strong winds as we set out.....so strong even my tilly hat wobbled..haha (it's suppose to tide in with the wind, sheesh) haha
oh well, and so many of these times, after 30 mins into the walk...the weather changed....and it became sunny.....so , if i hadn't taken the chance to walk the dog, i'd be home peering out to the sky and kicking myself in the gut, thinkin why i hesitated.
sorta like opportunities too......they come and go , it's up to us to pray abt it, debate , analyze and then grab it !

oh well.....that's lesson 1 for now... =)

ACCIDENT AGAIN.....
yesh! i met with an accident yesterday...
was on my way to cine to catch "across the universe" - which by the way is a delight - i would rate 8/10
and whilst i was about to turn in to the carpark from the main road, this cab came out and bumped me at from behind.... not like i jammed break or anything....and i already drove passed him.. so i didnt see him comin from behind thus cant give any warning.....
oh man.. it felt like bumper car senario.... my car kinda jerked off course a little.... and it's so crowded at that time.....like a whole bumch of peops were staring at us..
since this is the 2nd time it happened, i learnt my lesson.. just shut up and take down details......
oh well. the driver called this mornin and offered to pay depending on the cost..
my dad would send it to the workshop today.. hopefully it's not gonna be too costly, so everyone is happy. and the cab driver wouldnt have to be in financial trap or anything.. oh well hiaz

think from this incident i'm gonna be barred from goin out late at night and i'm never gonna park at orchard cineleisure or isetan scotts.......argh.. think best is not to drive to town hahaha

just came back from vet. and forrest's been diagnosed with hip dysplasia..the disease which i tried so hard to avoid. i did everything i could to prevent it............alas, it still hit! he's never gonna be able to run with me .... :'( i earnestly feel for him... he prob dosen't know what's goin on....or why he's been feelin that pain, or why he is even limping....and all at the tender age of 6 months. i dunno what went wrong. he shouldnt have to pay for my mistakes. ..my poor baby. i was so lookin forward to bringing him for his first run in a yrs time... he's never gonna have the chance to run like the wind and experience the essence that nature has to offer.....

in tears and lost for words.

hmmm guess what my "brilliant" dog did yesterday? well he happily stroll into the kitchen(which is out of bounds for him) and stole a potato from the food tray......and i mean RAW potato!!!!! warau......they he quickly hid it in the balcony and started feasting. when i discovered it......half of it is gone!!! oh man...that little rascal still can smile at me....man did he get some walloping ..haha perhaps next time i shall put some chilli there....let him learn his lesson....

i'm so not looking foward to cleaning up his poop.. i bet a high chance of it being watery!! argh.....

How can we become more kind? here are 5 suggested characteristics

BE SENSITIVE.

BE SUPPORTIVE
building people up rather than tearing them down. Watch what you say to people, be supportive in your speech. speak kindly. Proverbs 15:4 "kind words bring life, but cruel words crush your spirit. "

BE SYMPATHETIC
if you want to be kind, learn to be sympathetic. people appreciate it when you sympathize with them. just being there could also be an expression of kindness. Sometimes a touch on the shoulder, a tear, a pat on the back or a grasp of the hand is all a hurting person needs.

BE STRAIGHTFORWARD
a kind person is also straightforward. sometimes kindness means being candid. sometimes it means laying it on the line, telling the truth, leveling with people. sometimes the kindest thing you can do is be frank with a friend and tell him exactly where he is wrong. Proverbs 27:6 - wounds from a friend are better than kisses from an enemy"

BE SPONTANEOUS
Don't wait to show kindness. do it while you have the opportunity

hi!
it's been a long time since i last wrote..busy busy busy..what can i say... been swamped with work lately.
guess what....i realised i lost my pencil case this mornin!!!!!! :( my good old pochacco pencil which has been with me since primary school is gone!!!!! i cant believe it..i thought i was gonna grow old using my trusty pencil....so sad!..... and then i spend like quite a bit of time today updating my new pencil case....it's not really complete as yet but it cost quite a bomb!!!!! the calculator alone cost 30 bucks!!! oh man....pls pencil, eraser, pens, staplers, yada yada.......i never knew the value of my pencil case till today!!!! take my word, take good care of it!!! haha

well......today durin cell rong talked bout what is love.....
emm...i am currently reading this book "the power to change your life" by rick warren...
and so this is not exactly it but there's this chapter on "becoming a more loving person"

and it says...

Love is a matter of choice. the bible says" OVer all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity" Love is something we can choose to have. and love is controllable.

Love is a matter of conduct. Love is something we do. it is an action, not a feeling. "let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth". ( I john 3:18).
Agape= unconditional , giving, sacrificial love. when the bible speaks of God's love for us and the kind of love we're to have for him, and for other people, the word is always AGAPE.

5 steps to loving people you find hard to love

1. Experience God's love
Because unloved people are often unloving people. God wants us to feel HIS love and he wants us to understand his love. "LOVE each other as i have loved you (john 15: 12)

2. Forgive your enemies.
FORGIVENESS!!!. Forgive those who hurt you. instead of rehearsing that hurt over and over.

3. Think loving thoughts.
"dont just think about your own affairs, but be interested in others, too, and in what they are doing. your attitude should be the kind that was shown us by Jesus christ" (phil 2:4~5 TLB)
Hurt people hurt people. Hurt people hurt others. what we need to do is look beyond people's faults and see their needs. then we can learn to love. the people you would rather ignore are the very ones who desperately need massive doese of love, he'll strive for attention.

4. Act in love.
how you think--> how you feel---> how you act
love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. Love is patient. love is kind. love is joyful. love is the basis of all positive actions. start thinking loving thoughts and acting in loving ways, andthe feelings will start coming.

5. Expect the best
"if you love someone.... you will always believe in him, always expect the best of him. (TLB). LOVE EXPECTS the BEST. treat them the way you want them to become.

Tremors of the east.......

yup....as you've all heard on the news.. due to the earthquake that hit indonesia, singapore felt the tremors too!!!..

it was a usual day...we were prepreparing to have a mini dinner celebration for my mom's birthday at big bens today..
there i was lazing on the couch,feeling a bit lousy and all and as usual waiting for the women of my house to get ready..which, trust me, could take ages..
then suddenly, my mom was like.....staring at our hanging lights and she said...."how come they look like they r shaking.?" and my dad was like ....."AIYO!" his usual exclaimation phrase.....haha so he took a few steps and saw our fish tank....the water was extrememly turbulent,...so next phrase was "earthquake!!!!!"""" ahhhhhhhhh!!!!!
there we go.....the alarm sounded...
everyone was thrown into frenzy!! i quickly grabbed forrest's collar and leash buckled him and ran for the door.....amongst that....everyone was screaming for each other and scrambling...at the corridor, my neighbours were also frantic!!!..i just stood there in awe.....this is actually happening.. a real escape scenario!!!...for years, i planned for the escape. i had my "runaway pack" with can food , water, biscuits money and all essentials.. but i gave up with that a while back....coz i have to keep "updating" my pack by throwing away all the expired stuff...it got tiring and too troublesome to keep track...
alas, when the situation called for it......i'm packless.. armed only with my handphone and wallet with $6 with me....oh well...
and so.. back to the escape..

living on the 9th floor.. we all ran for the stairs, as forrest is not a stair master as yet... ie he's slow and unsure of himself when he goes down steps, sometimes even whining...haha my mom had to carry him .... - she's holding him coz i passed the leash to her when i went to get my wallet.. haha
so can u imagine.....everyone's running down the stairs with babies and infants in their arms.. my mom.. with a baby dog called forrest......as i was looking on....i almost wanted to laugh!!!! but thought against that coz yar...tense situation...
at ground floor.....many peops were already there......calling their love ones, sharing instances of their experiences....and so on....
just thank GOd that all's good again.. :)

forrest just "earned"himself a trip to big bens... haha because of him.. we had to sit outside without airconditioning....
food's good though...i had the beef stew which was dddddeee licious....

so much for earthquake huh...i dun even want to think of what could have happened if the real thing struck...
i pray that God will keep us safe...
and i think i might start my runaway pack again...yall shld too.. titbit shoppin is not all boring.haha

Whacky past weeks...

as you've noticed, i havent blogged in a while..the past 2 weeks have been really hectic..
the 1st week because school has finally taken off in full swing... having to attend tuts and all.....my days r packed.. all i wanna do when i get home was to sleep, and that's havin not even touched my tuts and readings for FYP.......argh....

the 2nd week, it' been emotional..
My aunt passed away on monday mornin.....followed by my Grandma.. i'm gonna miss em. ..

Patriotism ......you bet!

as a gal, go through school, no army. and now in uni...it's been ages= since jc, since i last sang the national anthem. well, ok not that i sang it today. haa but was having my usual evening jog at ecp. wanted to go earlier so that i could catch the parade.. but having been caught up by stuff, i was delayed. was strolling back home when the helis came from behind. i stopped gasped, in awe. well and as i've noticed, so did many other countrymen at ecp. . it was a majectic sight. along with the setting of coconut trees, sea breeze, choppers, ships, sea.. one thing stood out....that FLAG we knew so well. a strange feeling came over me. THIS IS HOME. as much as i wanna roam the world...and even have occasional thoughts of leaving this all behind, i cant deny that this place will always be a part of me, and always have a special place in my heart.As the flag flew past, in my head there's phrase from the song elderwise.."bless my homeland forever" it's been a long time since i last felt this way bout my country. coz in school, we sing the anthem everyday, a constant reminder. post school, umm.. ndp once a yr. yeah well it's like ok....catch it on tv, and thanx for the hols. haha well i can safely say.. today patriotism is renewed!.

1st day back at school.....

i was in school at 8am!!!! coz took a ride from my dad....and i only had 3 lectures for the day.
well i guess that's the price you have to pay for not staying in hall. haha

spent most of the day at nie lib. decided to nap after reading the notes, which is habitual for me. haha but afer 5 mins . was woken up by security....sheesh.....so much for my afternoon nap. oh well.

and dunno if it's just me but NTU iS FLOODED!!!! CROWDED WITH PEOps!!!!! oh man.. everywhere i turn i see truckload of peops. it's like shoppin durin chrismas season on a sat afternoon. cant breathe.. I FEAR CROWDS... perhaps i hadnt notice the crowd all these years as i spent most of my free time back at my room in hall .. comfort zone.. now that it's gone, i guess i'll have to hunt for my safe spot soon...else i'll go nuts

just gave forrest a bath earlier. man he's gettin big. perhaps i should start timing the bathing time to keep track....hahaha. like each time it gets longer to soap him , apply conditioner, hair dry him, clean his ears. oh and i almost forgot to add- he likes runnin around when i'm drying him!!!! argh!!!!!! catching game during blow dry? well i think that's gonna be a big prob when he gets big.. keepin my fingers crossed....whahaha

yesterday's FOP was awesome!!! kinda made me realised how long ago it was that i last went to a concert! oh man....to feel the music goin through ya spine . nothin beats that. was little troubled with issues prior to the concert. but the powerful worship sessions music and lyrics cleared all that.. Praise the Lord. :) yippee.. he never fails to solve my problems and provide perspectives.

Service was good too!.. emm thereafter went for dinner which was fab. haha miss clarity cafe. not bad food. resonable pricing. but a bit grouchy staff....whaha.. oh well..
and yixin has a cool PS2 guitar game!!!! it rocks!

i spend everytime i go out with sarah!!!! hahahah.....well but today's shoppin was fun no doubt.. monday mornin 11am.. shoppin at vivocity was unparalleled. no squeezing , no snatching, no waiting for changing rooms, and yet sale prices.. shoppin like queen!!! lunch was good , uncle meng treat! haha vegetarian lasagna..superb cheesy taste, and they r mushrooms!!!! yay. porcini ones i think. though after finishing the whole lasagna, i think i had a little too much of the garlic which is present in the tomato paste they used...
just brought forrest for his second vaccination today.. doc gave him a run through.. said he's a bit too skinny.. hiaz.. prob coz of the worms and food switch.. think i shall feed him untill fat fat the next few days.....grow forrest grow!!!

We discovered Fleas and Ticks on FORREST!!! ahhhh......ok so monday we detick him with "REVOLUTION" 's spot on.. hahaha so far i have yet to see any new tick......shall keep looking for em....coz i hate insects..

next.....on tuesday morning i discovered spagetti like worms in his poop!......ah......poor FORREST... i quickly informed the seller.....and yesterday she came round my house with her guy friend and HONDA like bengish car....haha it's like vroom vroom .....me and my sis was like woar....... hahhaa
then she gave him yellow substance from a stringe.... and oh well.....he seemed to like it..

so THIS MORNIN..the newspapers r littered with poop and spagetti-like worms.....eeks...thankfully my maid sort of helped me coz i almost puked when i saw it. Hiaz....that's somethin i'm not quite prepared for.....
insects worms and pesty organisms make me itch eeks ..now thinkin bout it makes me sick..

but i guess because of that....FORREST is gettin better! yay..... :)
for past few days he's been sleepin a whole lot...and lookin a little letargic.....

today mornin he was running round the house with a new leash of energy...my parents were like "what's got in to him?" haha

but yup...i'm happy that my puppy's on the way to good health now... hopefully i wont have to bug the seller again.....
though the pup was filled with problems.. she provided us with superb after care service..haha and she's like her own vet lah.... detick medication, deworm medication... u name it....keke..

HI there everyone!!!!.....i'm forrest!!!....and i'm finally here!!!!....as of now i'm bout 1.5 months old , my birthday bein on the 27th may. would like to thank all who prayed for me, i will do my best to eat healthily ,exercise and grow up to be healthy and handsome. hehe .and also special thanx goes out to sarah and kaishiun who helped with the transition to my current home. haha will rember u guys!!!! and as i'm pretty young all i do is pretty much play and sleep in 30 mins intervals hahahaha.. yup that's all for now folks....more pictures on the way.. :)

hmmm....'ve been writing report and listenin to music all day.. think i should take a break by blogging....hhahaha

ooo! i just checked the Adventure trail challenge results! we got 4th!!!! woar.....haha ok not the best results but i'm happy with it..considering it's my first one and we were pretty relaxed coz we were disqualified from the start..haha so much for motivation ya..

went for a snappy shoppin yesterday, coz my supervisor released me a wee bit earlier at the site - woodlands.. by the time i reached town.. haha no diff lah. was at zara. well it's been 2 weeks since the sale started i think.. haha the wheelock branch was in a mess..u get racks that looked like they are gonna spill over with clothes any moment, random sizes and salesgirls that look kinda grumpy. i ended up with 3 items though. only the bottom was on sale.haha . defeats the purpose of goin to sale and buy nett items . anyways had a good time just as i was beginning to remove zara as one of my fav shoppin spots. hmmm...shall let it linger awhile more. 'zara on probation' hahaha.. i needa find new fav brand .. fast!.

there after i thought i should take a peek at the ipod shop. i almost gasped for air when i saw a whole range of TIMBUK2!!!!! argh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
some quick facts...
timbuk2 is like a substitute for crumpler. crumpler is kinda overstated if ya get what i mean. it's pretty dear and yet the whole world is carryin it.

it's da bag i took so much efforts to find last yr .. coz i'm a sucker for uniqueness and quality!!! my goodness.. do ya know just last yr around this time there were only a few climbing shops and 1 or 2 computer shops that sells it. furthermore, they only have limited selection..and for most designs, you'll have to preorder and custom which makes it troublesome to get and pricey. thus got it for sarah for her 21st birthday........but sorry my friend.... :( sad to say the exclusiveness of that bag is gone.....hiaz now that tangs and the ipod shop is carryin it... it's bout to get common.

but folks if ya r thinkin between a timbuk2 and crumper....haha why not get the latter. i feel the quality is better :) plus if ya $ to spare.. why not consider customizing it... at least ya wont share the same colour combi as the person next to ya visit www.timbuk2.com

just realised somethin.

the chorus of the music always gets me hooked. if it's the first few times that i am listening to the song, it's the chorus that gets me goin.
till bout roughly the 5th time. it becomes a bore.. instead it's always the beginning of the song that hypes me up. esp songs with a catchy beat. haha...thereafter when the song reaches the chorus..i would switch to another.. oh well. u can experiment it yourself.. i have "stranger" widget just below.. scroll down..

any currently the new hilary duff song- "stranger" gets me on my feet.. it's like upper body groove at the work desk.hahahha.a...that's when everyone's out for lunch of course..
did anyone see the mtv? she's so slim!!....at first glance i thought it was kylie ..i would pretty much approve of her new look..way much better than before... unlike kelly clarkson.. i mean she's lost a little.. but her face is still round.. kinda defeats the purpose.

tired!

that's why i havent blogged in days...

workin under a supervisor who's a wimp....expects me to do everything for him. customers who r super fickle.....keep makin changes. and this guy customer who's a bit odd, gives me the creeps, and always warrants a pen in my pocket , ready access for me for self defence when necessary. and super stingy local company. what the heck. ok the only good thing about all these is i thank God for the opportunity to learn . learnt about structured cabling, and how the company works, most importantly, learnt bout peop. guessed he opened my eyes to another side of human nature . sad to say i'm not impressed. ah well.....but it's in this kinda conditions, the worst conditions, that we tend to appreciate the better things. i shall choose to think of it this way.. what cant kill you makes u stronger!!!!!!!!.....and stronger i'm determined to become!!!!!!!.....
but as of now......i'm physically drained......just lookin forward to the end of all this. 3 more weeks ...gambate!!!!!!!!!!!!!! argh! i bite! be weary.....hahaha

Thrown back with gusto into the doggie craze....

was workin last sunday. and there's a rental bookstore just next to the health shop. As there was quite little customers that day, once again i had time to browse the uncle's titles...haha.. and that one book caught my eye.. "MARLEY AND ME" by john grogan. borrowed it on sunday afternoon, finished it today when i ended work. haha i was glued... very good read!!!!.. i almost shed a tear durin workin hours lah..

ok by right......the small print after the title said " the life and love with the world's WORST dog"

so naturally i thought, after reading it, it would make me feel better about making the decision to have a dog later. HOWEVER. i was WRONG.. now i feel that i want it more!!!....chum.

just went for puppy viewing just earlier. saw the cutest puppy yet.. but the more viewings i go for.. the higher the price.. this one's for 1400... oh man.. but he's so dashing.. big boned, broad face.. good structure.. pretty sure he'd be a stud muffin next time..

Lord saved me today!!!!!!

at work, i lost my security pass!!! i spend an hr of frantic search around SAS.. for once i got tired, and almost gave up.. but as i went on searching.....i kinda muttered...."lord help me pls pls pls pls..."
ok not exactly a prayer.. haha ..but yay!!!....i found it in the toilet!!! hahaha....can u imagine how relief i was!!!!!! phew.. saved me 30 bucks!. haha.. praise the lord.

oh well....i'm back from work and dead beat...too tired to jog again...hiaz.. spent the whole day at SAS .. halfway through my supervisor just left for another proj and left me there all alone with 2 technicians. oh man..!!! Thank God for making everything go smoothly. haha. the technicians r experienced, so they advised me on steps to do...phew! else me bein me, somewhere along the line i would surely be clueless .. hmm that said, i would be goin stationed there again tml . ATC and PUPPY SIGNS

just finished adventure trail challenge (ATC) today.. an event organised by ntu odac.
it was pretty fun, eventhough we were not ranked due to some hipccups. in a way...it felt like a closure, coz i kinda distanced myself from odac after the term ended in yr 1..thus today's race let me to different check pts at which i saw quite a few familiar faces, bringing back odac memories. haha trip down memorylane i call it. now i'm damn shagged. haha but good thing my sis is givin me free massage.haha she's hittin me with a dolphin massage toy!....hehehe

oh and the puppy update. tried to call the lady.but she didnt answer my call.. is that a sign.. a sign that i should get the puppy? hahah or maybe she did me the favour by backing out herself. i hope the latter's the case, would save me additional pain. and there were many puppy signs along the ATC's route today too!!!!!!!!! we ran pass pasir ris farmway 2!!!!......that's like doggie farm.. it sure did spur me along .haha
ah well. work tml as usual, gotta wake at 6.20 am.. thus signing out now
